This policy explains what information Renegade Logistics Solutions LLC ("Renegade", "we", "us") collects through the renlogix.com website and the Renlogix Ops mobile app, how we use it, and what choices you have. We keep it plain and short on purpose.

1. Who we are

Renegade Logistics Solutions LLC is a trucking and logistics company. We operate the renlogix.com website and publish the Renlogix Ops app. You can reach us any time at info@renlogix.com.

2. Information you give us

• Contact form and waitlist. If you use the contact form on renlogix.com, we receive the name, email address, topic, and message you submit. Form submissions are delivered to our info@renlogix.com inbox through a third-party form delivery service.
• Hauling inquiries. If you request a quote or emergency response, we receive whatever job details you choose to send us.
• App account (when accounts go live). The Renlogix Ops app is currently in beta testing and runs on sample data. When accounts launch, we will collect the email address you sign in with, and any load, job, or document records you choose to enter.
• Payments (when paid plans go live). Paid plans will be processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe handles the card data directly under its own privacy policy.

3. Information collected automatically

• Website hosting. Our site is hosted on Vercel, which records standard server and traffic information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. This is used for security and basic performance monitoring.
• App beta testing. While the app is distributed through Apple TestFlight, Apple provides us with crash reports and basic testing metrics. Any feedback or screenshots you send through TestFlight come to us. This is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.
• No advertising trackers. We do not run advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, or third-party analytics profiling on renlogix.com.

4. How we use your information

• To answer your message, quote a job, or follow up on an inquiry.
• To notify you when the app opens up, if you joined the waitlist.
• To operate, secure, and improve the app and the website.
• To meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations that apply to a trucking business.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with data brokers.

5. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:

• Google Workspace (our email at info@renlogix.com)
• Vercel (website hosting)
• Apple (app distribution and beta testing)
• Stripe (payment processing, once paid plans launch)
• FormSubmit (delivery of website contact form submissions)

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

6. How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and job records as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy business and tax recordkeeping requirements. Waitlist emails are kept until the app launches or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.

7. Your choices

• Access, correction, or deletion. Email info@renlogix.com and we will handle it.
• Unsubscribe. Ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time and we will remove you.
• App data. Once accounts are live, you will be able to request deletion of your account and its records.

8. Children

Renlogix is a commercial tool for trucking professionals. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site and app. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we do not collect more than we need in the first place.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Meaningful changes will be noted on the site.
